Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items with 3 - 5 working days, this may be longer during busy periods.
All of our orders sent tracked or signed for. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to a signature not being obtained or incorrect delivery information and the goods are returned, it is your responsibility for any additional delivery charges.
Once delivery is made, ownership of the goods will pass on to the recipient. We will not be liable for their loss or destruction. In the unlikely event the hampers arrived damaged, it should be reported immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the delivery carrier.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
If goods you have received from us are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 working days so that we can rectify this.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 1 working day after placing the order, if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contacts us.
We reserve the right to substitute items or cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order.
If you wish to return an order you have received, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 5 working days from delivery.
The goods must be packaged in perfect condition, unused and returned at your own cost.
